    Good news! Guangdong Asia Pacific Science and Technology Achievement Appraisal Reached the International Advanced Level (Figure)

      On the morning of July 21, the scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting of the project "Virtual Verification System for Car Body Composite Parts and Its Engineering Application", organized by Guangdong Automotive Engineering Society and jointly developed by Guangdong Asia Pacific New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and China Aircraft Strength Research Institute, was held in the multi-functional conference hall on the second floor of Guangdong Asia Pacific New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.

      This achievement comes from the project of Thermoplastic Intelligent Production Line for Composite Automobile Parts in Guangdong Province. The expert group listened to Wang Likai, the chief engineer of CAE software development discipline and the first level technical expert, who made a report on the results on behalf of the project team, reviewed the relevant technical documents and conducted in-depth inquiries.

      The expert group agreed that the project has developed a "virtual verification system for car body composite components" with independent intellectual property rights, which includes a universal finite element analysis solver, an efficient optimizer with full analytical sensitivity, and a multi-level engineering knowledge database. The solution accuracy of the system has reached the level of similar international commercial software. The engineering database constructed organically integrates engineering material data and simulation related knowledge, It is of great significance for the application of composite materials in automobile body, and it is also of great significance for breaking the technical blockade.
      The review experts unanimously assessed that the full analytic sensitivity and efficient optimization solution technology of the project reached the international advanced level, and the project achievements generally reached the domestic leading level.
